What happens to unused credits?
Credits roll over based on your plan tier. Starter credits roll over for 1 month, Professional for 2 months, and Business for 3 months. There’s a cap on total banked credits to keep accounts active.
Can I buy extra credits if I run out?
Yes. Top-up credit packs are available starting at $0.60 per credit for volume purchases. You can add credits anytime without changing your plan.
What's included in each credit?
Everything. One credit covers the full cost of a note: handwriting rendering, printing, paper, envelope, and first-class postage. There are no hidden fulfillment fees.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade mid-cycle, you get the difference in credits immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual plans are billed upfront but can be canceled with a prorated refund.
