Sample questions, answered

When does the sample program reopen?
We pause new requests whenever the writing queue fills up, and reopen once samples are mailing within one business day again. Check back in a few weeks. If you are evaluating Stylograph for your business now, book a walkthrough and we will compose a note for your use case live on the call.
What does the sample cost?
Nothing. No credit card, no obligation. We cover the writing, the card, the envelope, and first-class postage. We ask for your address only so the postal service can find you.
Who qualifies for a free sample?
Businesses and organizations evaluating Stylograph for their own client, donor, patient, or employee outreach. One sample per company. We review every request before it goes to the pen, and requests that are not a business evaluation are not fulfilled.
What will the note say?
By default we write a short note showing off the handwriting the way your clients would see it. If you tell us your industry or leave a request in the form, we'll tailor it: a realtor gets a post-closing note, a development director gets a donor thank-you.
Is it really handwritten?
Yes. Written with a real pen on real cardstock, with the natural variation that makes handwriting feel human. That is exactly the point of the sample: hold it, compare it, decide for yourself.
How long until it arrives?
We typically write and mail samples within one business day, and first-class delivery takes 2-5 business days. Most samples arrive within a week.
Where do you mail samples?
US mailing addresses for now. Home or office, either works. If you are outside the US, email hello@stylograph.ai and we will figure something out.
What happens after I request one?
You'll get a confirmation email, then the note itself in your mailbox. We may follow up once by email to hear what you thought. No drip sequence, no list, and your address is used only to mail your sample.
